I believe..

..that sport can be used as a valuable instrument to facilitate growth, change and development for all people. I completed various Sport Psychology modules and Coaching courses at a post graduate level and is also qualified as a personal trainer. I combine these skills to provide professional sport psychological assessments, therapy and development.

My approach to Sport Psychology involves the following:
